Sadu\u2019s latest fund currently focuses on investing in early-stage startups (pre-seed, seed and Series A) that are based in the Middle East & North Africa region (\u201cMENA\u201d).<\/p>\n

The drive for economic diversification and state-backed initiatives continue to fuel the growth of Middle East\u2019s venture capital industry. Despite a global economic slowdown, recent\u00a0MAGNiTT data<\/a>\u00a0shows that MENA-based startups continued to significant interest from investors in the first half of 2023 as funding levels reached $1,075m across 193 deals in the MENA region.<\/p>\n
