Anchored by policy frameworks under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), Egypt generated\u00a0<\/span>$5.2 billion in offshoring services exports in 2025<\/b>\u2014 highlighting a dedicated national strategy to support and scale the offshoring ecosystem, building a resilient environment that drives digital service exports beyond back-office operations into specialized digital services that <\/span>seamlessly integrate Generative AI<\/b> into services delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, Egypt\u2019s offshoring ecosystem encompasses\u00a0<\/span>252 companies operating across 282 global delivery centers<\/b>, including\u00a0<\/span>177 multinational firms employing over 195,000 specialists<\/b>. Beyond labor availability, global enterprise leaders are expanding in Egypt to leverage a combination of mass talent scale, AI skills, high-level multilingual capabilities, robust digital infrastructure, and operational resilience across multiple regional delivery hubs.<\/span><\/p>\n

The industry’s expansion and technological advancement were highlighted during an official tour of major international technology and business services providers in Alexandria, led by\u00a0<\/span>H.E.
