It celebrates leaders whose vision, influence and long-term commitment have helped to shape the industry while inspiring meaningful progress across business, talent, community and destination development. We are delighted to present this year\u2019s Leadership Award to Muin as a reflection of his professional achievements and his wider impact as a role model and industry leader which has undoubtedly helped to advance Saudi Arabia\u2019s hospitality vision.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Commenting on his achievement, <\/span><b>Muin Serhan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> said: \u201cReceiving the FHS Leadership Award is a proud moment which, first and foremost, is a reflection of the incredible team I am privileged to work with at Amsa Hospitality. I share this recognition with every Teammate, whose passionate work makes these achievements possible.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Muin has played a leading role in the remarkable growth of a Saudi-born hospitality company, supporting the development, signing, and opening of several properties across the Kingdom under leading global brands, including Radisson Hotel Madinah, Mercure Khamis Mushait, and a growing pipeline of future projects, many of which have been announced and signed at FHS events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He has also contributed to major milestones in the sector, including the signing of The Palm Qassim &#8211; Handwritten Collection scheduled to open in Q4 2026, part of the mixed-use Kayan Avenues development and will mark the first Handwritten Collection property to open in Saudi Arabia.
